Cake Mix Pumpkin Muffins
Makes 12 muffins
ingredients
● 15 oz box yellow cake mix
● 15 oz canned pumpkin
● 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
● 1/4 tsp cinnamon
● 1 brown sugar, for topping (optional)
instructions
1. Mix batter
Beat together the yellow cake mix, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon until combined.
2. Prep tin
with cooking spray.
Line a muffin tin with parchment paper liners (these will not stick to the muffins) or spray regular muffin liners
3. Fill tins
Distribute batter into the 12 muffin tins. Sprinkle tops with brown sugar (optional).
4. Bake
Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
